Q: What kind of coaching do you do?

I don’t do talk therapy. I don’t do life coaching in the traditional sense. And I don’t give you homework like journaling or meditation.

What I do is root cause work.

Most people come to me because they’re stuck in patterns they can’t explain – overthinking, self-doubt, emotional reactivity, procrastination, people-pleasing. They’ve usually tried other approaches that helped temporarily but didn’t last.

That’s because those approaches treat symptoms. I find the root cause of the pattern – the thing that’s actually driving it – and remove it. The result is a natural, lasting shift. You don’t need to force new behaviours. The old pattern simply stops running.

This is what the Emotional Reset framework is built on.

Q: How is this different from therapy or traditional coaching?

In therapy, you typically talk about your problems over weeks, months or even years. You gain understanding, but the pattern often remains.

In traditional coaching, you’re given strategies, action plans and accountability. This works well for some things, but if the problem is rooted deeper – in your emotions, beliefs or subconscious patterns – strategies alone won’t fix it.

My approach goes to the source. We don’t spend months talking about the problem. You tell me your story once, I listen carefully, and then we move directly to resolution. Most clients feel a measurable shift from the very first session.

Q: How quickly will I see results?

Most clients notice a shift after the first session. Not after weeks of practice. Not after completing homework. After the session itself.

Within 6 sessions, the transformation is measurable – in how you think, how you feel, how you respond to situations that used to trigger you, and how you show up in your career and relationships.

Every person is different, and I personalise the approach after our initial conversation. But the reason results happen quickly is because we’re working at the root cause, not the surface.

Q: I’ve heard it takes 21-30 days to form a new habit. How can you change patterns so quickly?

The 21-30 day rule applies when you’re trying to change a habit through willpower and repetition alone. That’s a do-it-yourself approach, and it works for some things.

But the patterns I work with – overthinking, self-doubt, emotional reactivity – aren’t habits you can willpower your way out of. They’re running at a deeper level, beneath your conscious awareness.

The techniques I use work directly at that deeper level. Instead of forcing a new behaviour on top of an old pattern, we remove the old pattern entirely. Once it’s gone, the new behaviour happens naturally – without effort, without reminders, without falling back into old ways.

Q: What does working together actually look like?

The One-Off Session – A single deep-dive session to address a specific issue. This is ideal if you want to experience the work before committing to a full programme, or if you have one particular pattern you want to resolve.

The Emotional Reset – Your entry point to real transformation. Over a series of sessions, we identify and remove the root patterns driving your overthinking, self-doubt and emotional reactivity. Most clients choose this.

The Full Reset – Complete transformation. We go deep into every area – career, relationships, identity, confidence. You walk away operating as a fundamentally different woman.

Every option begins with a free 30-minute call where we talk about what’s going on, whether I can help, and which approach fits your situation.

Q: Who do you work with?

I work privately with high-performing professional women – leaders, executives, entrepreneurs and senior professionals.

These are women who have achieved a lot on paper but are privately stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, emotional reactivity or people-pleasing. They don’t need more advice or motivation. They need someone to find what’s actually driving the pattern and remove it.

Q: Are the sessions confidential?

Completely. Everything discussed in our sessions – free or paid – is 100% confidential. Your privacy is non-negotiable.

Q: What happens on the free 30-minute call?

The call is a real conversation, not a scripted pitch. We’ll talk about what’s going on for you, what you’ve already tried, and whether my approach is the right fit for your situation.

If it is, I’ll walk you through the options and we’ll decide together what makes sense. If it’s not the right fit, I’ll tell you honestly.

I do ask that you treat this call as you would any professional appointment – show up on time and come ready to have an honest conversation. I give my full attention to every person I speak with, and I ask the same in return.

Yes. I work with clients across 4 continents – UK, Europe, Africa, Asia and North America. All sessions are conducted online via Zoom, so location is never a barrier.
